THE WAYWARD ZAHHANIAN
Hailing from the prolific area of space known only as The Plaguelands, Ardaka was once a terrible thing: an ex warlord of one of the most vile species known to the sapient, the Kariians.
The Kariians are a race of fanatically xenophobic and isolationist predators, rarely stepping out of their area of space and fiercely guarding its borders. When they do, however, make themselves known, it is to raid and pillage, stealing tech from species both new and old alike– as well as their people. What they do with their living victims is largely unknown, only the fact that they never return. Kariian Warlords in particular are the subject of many frightening stories involgin the complete genocidal end to entire cultures, races, or even entire species.
Ardaka, once known as Commander Vsentis, was one of the most infamous members of his species, delighting in many malicious and atrocious acts. He was lost to his respublica two hundred years ago, and has since been thought dead…
(He was an ex-warlord of an incredibly xenophobic empire who had little to no exposure to aliens, and was thus taught to consider them all scum and inhuman (inalien???). He had gotten stranded on a world that's a melting pot of alien culture and was forced to adapt if he wanted to live. Nowadays he is a lot more empathetic (even if he is still grouchy) and is deeply ashamed of his horrible past. He is a bounty hunter on that world, and the mask from the other pic is his bounty-hunter get-up. He's under disguise because his race, obviously, has a horrible reputation.)

Skills
Hand-to-Hand
Despite his size, Talon is disarmingly quick and has incredible reflxes. It's borderline impossible to beat him in a fist-fight. Having hundreds of years of experience helps.
Bladework & Throwing Knives
Talon is also known to utilize varying types of blades. Electrified, plasma, venomous, serrated-- name it and he's used it before. He changes tactics depending on the type, so it's difficult for enemies to account for what he's going to do. Also throws daggers at people.
Sniper Rifle & Sidearm
Talon's main piece of weaponry is a heavily modified sniper rifle the size of your average Midoan, and would look more at home on a fighter-jet than in someone's hands. To say it shoots grenades is more accurate; it shoots plasma bolts that have a delay period before exploding. These plasma bolts can reflect off targets, making it difficult to predict where the shot is going to come from in the first place. He also utilizes close-up side arms. No special modifications there.
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
Ardaka is not known as Ardaka, but rather as the enigmatic Talon, an elite bounty-hunter that has resided on the planet of Sigma Rhada-6 for longer than anyone can remember. Nobody has seen what is behind the mask, and nobody knows what species he is. To those in the lower ring of Neo Shousis, he's seen as a Robin Hood-esque figure, as his disdain primarily targets rich drug-lords and kingpins rather than petty theives. This is not to say he doesn't clean up any type of crime he comes across, however-- only that he has bigger things in his scopes.

A long-time ally of Talon's, and one of only two who know that he is a Kariian. Met her over half of her lifetime ago; went from being a partner in crime to a friend who just knits him a lot of fucking sweaters and blankets.

His protege of sorts turned close friend and lover. Talon's and Vin's is a strange but closely-knit relationship... Granted, she still doesn't know his true identity, and he's nervous about letting her know what's behind the mask, given the terse relationship between Kariians and Midoans.

Another hunter(?) that he'd met on a mission, and one who's seen Talon's face. Granted it was by accident, and he's just relieved that he hasn't said anything.
