Bio
tl;dr version (I’m working on something proper but this will do for now)
Daughter of a pro-hero mother and an absentee entrepreneur father. She was born with a defective healing quirk, leaving her body frail and unswervingly sickly. She spends the first half of her life in hospital beds and emergency rooms; however, when actived on accident, it soon becomes apparent that her quirk was not necessarily defective, just incredibly dangerous. Her mother, desperate to see her child happy, throws away her morals to bring the girl live bodies in any way she can. Meyumi recovers gradually, miraculously, much to the concern of her physicians. Her mother’s wrong doing is eventually found out, and she takes the fall for her daughter. Playing the role of a fallen hero to keep her daughter’s name out of the papers and police reports— she's given a court date, but kills herself before the trial. Meyumi inherits a huge sum of money at seventeen from her passed mother, and learns rather quickly to play into the media's portrayal of her sad, sob story.
Ice queen, despite playing it up as a pity case publicly. She’s learned to control herself re:sucking the actual life out of people. Only does so when she feels herself weakening substantially. She's a literal dementor, don't @ her about it.
Quirk & Traits
This quirk allows the user to drain the energy from another living being. The drained energy is then stored within the user and converted into his or her own energy, giving significant boosts to ones overall health and life expectancy. Theoretically, an individual with this quirk could store enough energy within themselves to live for an absurd amount of time (considerably longer than an average life span). However, while immune to disease, the user is still susceptible to internal and external injuries.
Meyumi can transfer stored energy from her own body to another. The transferal carries significant regeneration properties for the recipient; healing injuries equivalent to the amount of energy that's given. This, however, is exceedingly draining and potentially dangerous to the user's health. Transferals can be used for healing purposes only; they do not increase life expectancy for the recipient.
If a surplus of energy is stored in the body, small regenerative properties can carry over. Cuts, scrapes and bruises heal at twice the normal rate. Internal injuries also heal considerably faster.

Extra
💀 Daddy issues for daysss. Hasn't seen her father in actual decades and has very little memory of him. Bitter of his inattentive involvement in her life, she has developed a distaste for men in general (convinced they're all mostly self-serving pigs). Because of this, victims of her quirk are typically men that make passes at her.
💀 Plays the media like a fucking fiddle. As far as they're concerned she's a pitiful girl with a sad glint in her eye. She does her best to keep this unassuming public image via charities, galas and public appearances- and, for the most part, fools the vast majority with relative ease.
💀 Doesn't necessarily enjoy killing? It's more of a hassle because she HAS to do it. Even if she could find pleasure in it, the fact she needs to in order to live comfortably takes away what fun there might be. Likes low maintenance kills; the types that have no idea what’s happening until their literal dying breath. The messier the kill the more irritated she gets. Meyumi is meticulous to a fault, but it's the fastest way to get her to snap. Get blood on her new Weitzmans and she'll crush your fucking throat in them.
💀 Very expressive with her hands. Is in a constant state of either painting or filing her nails; partially because she's so particular about them and partially because she bites them when she's deep in thought.
💀 Decent chess player. Likes games that take strategy, can get really involved/competitive. Plays piano really well but she's pretty rusty. Hates parties and winter months. For all her ice queen composure she has an absurd amount of pride. Can't back down from a dare to save her life.
