✦Shiro & Len✦ (Shiro)

Shiro is a skinny male who is almost a splitting image of Len as a human. He is an albino, which makes him have the usual traits of such; red eyes, white hair and pretty pale skin. Due to the experiments he had suffered in his young years and the previous abuse, he has some wounds but they are not as significant, as his body tends to heal quite quickly.
He has a tattoo on his left shoulder/upper arm "09"
He, just like Len, has a small braid on the left side.

In his original appearance he is a white dog with his characteristic red eyes. The tattoo cannot be seen clearly since his fur has grown out over it, covering it.
In this form he is significantly smaller, much like a normal dog.

• Can't go outside without suncreme since his skin ist pretty sensitive

• His shoulderheight in dogform is 60 cm

Shiro, despite his upbringing, is commonly known as a happy and carefree spirit. He is patient, relaxed and humorous and hardly ever irritated. Rather, he is more likely to irritate others because he is kinda 'weird' and always happy.
Since he wasn't raised as a human and all him 'human knowledge' comes from Len or other people he interacts with, he also isn't very intelligent. Still this doesn't stop him from being very talkative, often even flirty.
If one were to describe Shiro, they would say that he is charming, helpful, resilient, understanding, trustworthy and kind.

On the other hand, Shiro has a tick that he got when he was still young, which would best be described as a masochistic tendency. He is caught up with the thought of praise and punishment and is simply said a little attention whore.
He likes having sex and the things connected to the act, because he gets a lot of attention and [both] praise [and punishment].

Shiro also doesn't really understand it when people treat him badly or insult him, rather he often likes it and begs/asks for more which has already scared off many people doing so. However if he doesn't get the treatment he wants and thinks he deserves he acts out violently against himself; biting himself, banging his head against a wall or other harmful acts of destruction directed at himself. When that happens, he won't stop until someone pulls him out of this 'trance' and back to the real world.

Shiro was born into a family of 5.
Right after his birth he was sold off though, since the family keeping his mother wasn't able to keep so many dogs.
He was adopted into what seemed to be a kind family. Father, mother and two children. However what was cute and fun, soon became a drag for the family.
The family didn't have the time or patience to care or teach the dog  proper manners or take him out on walks, so Shiro would try to get their attention by barking, biting and running around. Since he was also taken in as a puppy and still was one, he didn't have anyone to tell him how to act.
It didn't take long for the family to either lock him out or in and the vocal abuse of screaming at him was quickly added by physical abuse as well...
This kept going for quite some time until animal control was called in by someone who witnessed the condition the animal was in.
Shiro was taken away from the family and placed in a shelter, but so much damage had already been made that Shiro was quickly classified as a "problem dog" he was scared, untrained, aggressive at times and no one wanted him. Even the well trained workers had a hard time with the white dog, and no one really liked to go near him.
It was some time later that a person started to come around and then decided to take Shiro. The workers told them the problems Shiro had but the man was keen on getting Shiro, telling them that he was a professional, a doctor, and he was confident that he would be able to 'fix' the dog.
The workers were happy to hear this and also relieved that they had one problem less.

That was the start of Shiro's stay at the asylum. Because the man, though he had not exactly lied, was indeed a doctor, but not the kind he had seemed to be. He, with a bunch of other doctors and scientists had built up an asylum with the outer appearance of helping troubled youth. The facade wasn't hard as they did have the equipment for said work, but their main doing was different kinds of experiments of various degree and importance, but mostly, human and animal experiments.
They didn't get many 'clients' but that wasn't their goal anyway, they wanted individuals that wouldn't exactly be missed, homeless, crazy, sick. And an asylum really was the last place anyone would freely place a loved one; which meant that they had little to worry about.

Shiro was given the number "09" which he first wore as a collar until they tattooed it on his left shoulder/ upper arm.
The experiments started off easy, more like little tests to warm up the new candidate.
Blood samples, behavioral test, intelligence tests, different kinds of medications...stuff like that until he was one day brought into a room with a blue haired boy...

Shiro and Len were the next candidates for the upcoming experiment. For that, they would input parts of Len's DNA into Shiro and with the combination of specific drugs the laboratory had worked on, it was supposed to be possible to turn Shiro into a human or human like creature. As absurd as it may sound, in theory it was possible. Not only would such a thing be amazing at itself, but the concept of perfectly trained dogs turning human would make the dream of perfect soldiers come true, and no 'human rights law' or whatever could interfere since they would technically be dogs.

The procedure of the experiment was excruciating and Len and Shiro were in immens pain, plus them being terrified beyond their lives. Because as easy as the concept of the experiment sounded it was of course much more complicated then that. Len and Shiro were hooked up hours to each other and the drugs that were supposed to make the experiment work. Both of the subjects often fainted and almost died multiple times, especially Shiro since his whole bone structure had to be reformed which was against everything that nature had in store for him...

...but the experiment finally succeeded...

Shiro, after many hours, days, maybe even weeks or months had gotten a human form. He had become a splitting image of Len, with the exception that his albinism had stayed, making him keep his red eyes and white hair. The scientists were amazed and proud of themselves but quickly separated them again to check them individually. But over the time spent together in pain, Shiro and Len had already formed a deep and unbreakable bond, that no wall or distance could stop or break.  (WIP)
