the things on his hair are tufts of fluff, not actual ears. they're much more rounded normally but he likes to appear sharp

that kind of self-proclaimed villain that is a really cartoony villain who fails in a lot of ""evil"" plans and is more like a hero but acts like a villain bc they liked those types of characters. more like a neutral self-proclaimed villain who isn't actually a villain but likes being called that

has magnetism + metalbending + electric powers

the fire on his dynamite-tail was honestly an experiment that went weird very fast. it never explodes unless he's very aggrivated ( and even then, it doesn't hurt ) but the fire is always just kinda there unless he goes unconcious or dies is the only time it'll go out. also in rain but it just gets very small ( like, a spark of fire ) and doesn't go out. so its like an indicator of when he's in very poor condition / passed out / dead. when he's sick, the fire will go out and become smoke or emit smoke. ( it will go out and become smoke if his sickness is very bad )

hes a mad scientist so hes kinda morally Not Good but he cares for his subjects. just not enough to not make experiment on them
