Victor likes his simple lifestyle. Wake up, work at the family shop, go home, eat, and surf the web. He's a bit of hermit--with the exception of his magical boy duties and his forced attendance of these random house parties his twin drags him to. Out the twin duo he's the youngest by 20 minutes, and the introvert. He has no prospect in life at the moment. Victor wants to find that spark--just like his brother did. He wonders why Mother Nature chose him as an elemental. Maybe that's true purpose?

Victor lives with his family in Lincoln Heights, CA. Most of the time hes in his room. Sometimes he can be seen helping Ms. Choi water her front lawn.

Appearance

Victor is tall, tan, and athletic. Just like his brother. They may be identical twins, but nobody sees him as a catch. It's his demeanor and personality that drive people away. Or they just don't know how to approach him. All in all people his age think he's a bit of a freak. Victor doesn't really care for fashion. He prioritizes comfort and practicality--though he does enjoy a nice vest and graphic tee combo. One last thing he prioitizes is his gameboy. He never leaves without that thing. Victor is intimidating. But he's not a jerk--he's just a shy introvert. He doesn't show it due to his pokerface.

Abillites

The name of his ability is Clear Bullet. Victor can channel the air around him and turn them into pressurized bullets. It's as simple as that. The more he charges the more devistating the bullets can be. These bullets can range in size--an innocuous pin prick to the size of a grapefruit.

Another ability he has is named Clear Mirror--in this case his gun acts as a vaccum and can suck in attacks. Shooting them back out as a pressurized air blast. Clear Mirror will be the same strength as the orginal attack it sucked in.

His last resort move is named Clear Missile. His gun transforms and ends up with a longer/wider barrel. Clear Missile works the same was as Bullet, but needs more charge time. The only difference is Missile works like a heat-missile and ends with a giant explosion. The one draw back to his ability: overuse could break his weapon and force him to use his hands as a gun. Then that would break his hands eventually.

Victor has not unlocked the control of a secondary element. For air elementals it's a finicky process. Once does not simply unlock by training. Air elementals need to achieve balance and freedom in their mind in order to do this. Victor does not have balance or freedom.
