Bren Pohl

Bren is a very happy and peaceful person, genetically merged with a Great White Shark by Lab EAS. They were taken by the lab when they were 5 years old from a rich couple who really really hated having a child and thought that Bren just got in the way of everything. Bren can survive on land pretty easily and uses a modified scooter to move around. He covers his tail with a blanket whenever they go outside. 

When Bren was taken, she was used to try and create an underwater operative. A merciless and ruthless stealth master who can gather information and strike where no one thought anyone would hit. Both of his legs were amputated, and a lab created tail, (similar to a great white shark in all ways except it would grow as Bren grew) was genetically attached and merged with Bren's lower half. He was given gills so that he could breathe underwater, their ears we modified to allow her to hear underwater and fins were added. They were put through an intense training regiment to learn how to use their new tail to swim and was held underwater to a painful point to strengthen the amount of time that they could breathe underwater. They learned how to shoot, how to use explosives made for blowing up seafaring vessels, and she learned how to set mines as well. Bren went through hell like all of the Lab EAS subjects. He honestly wasn't that great at swimming, to begin with, and to be used as a military machine that operated specifically underwater wasn't the best thing for them. They didn't do well on their training and that led to her being berated mercilessly by the scientists there. She only felt solace with the other subjects. 

But, when the great escape happened, Bren escaped along with everyone else. All things considered, Bren came out fairly well. Lab EAS's attempts to turn Bren into a killing and stealth machine were unsuccessful, as Bren had always been a super happy person, even before they were taken. Although, Bren now has an incredible fear of conflict. They refuse to be near weapons and hate to hear others argue. If war is mentioned at all on the news he will break down in tears. She doesn't like confronting people and will tend to keep all issues to themself instead of resolving them because that might lead to an argument. 

After the escape, Bren honestly turned into a very hippie-like person. He actively rejected everything the lab had taught him, preaching love, peace, and no war. They took up painting, mostly watercolours and constantly painted designs all over their body, emulating tattoos. She never wanted tattoos, after all the modifications the Lab did to Bren's body they didn't want any others. They rejected the dark clothes the Lab made them wear to blend in deep underwater and at night and went in the opposite direction. She dyes her hair all different bright colours and only wears bright clothes. They're also not afraid of the water after everything they've been through. They quite enjoy swimming and love whenever they can jump into the nearest body of water to stretch his tail.
