About
Norman is a quiet and quite calm oriental jader. His job usually at Sahale's police force is to be the prosecutor as he doesn't ever lose his cool. He also works as the underwater support for missions. Norman enjoys his job and doesn't really care if he got to be the janitor or anything. It's hard to upset Norman or break his cool since his mind is of steel. Though, this means no one knows how Norman is like if you really want to make him furious. Best not to know as one would be messing with a policeman. He cares for his mother, Iowa and brings home food and money to her. Apart of him wishes she would stop trying to support his grandmother, Ice-Ceel with their money until the family calms down a bit with the drama. Sometimes when he's off duty, he would spend time with Sahale at a donut shop and talk about the police department with him.

Backstory
To be determined...
Iowa is Norman's loving mother who wishes him well as he works in the police force. She doesn't get to see him much, but the duo are a loving family and nothing will stop them. Norman swore to protect his mother and will never leave her but she insists on that that she should live his own life. He continues to refuse in the meantime. The only thing the duo disagree on is how they feel about Ice-Ceel and whether to continue supporting her family.
Norman and Night-Guard connect quite a bit due to their differences from the rest of society. The duo usually end up working together when Sahale needs both his efficient crew on the job to catch a criminal or two. Night-Guard like normal tends to be quite quiet, but the duo tend to communicate with just simple gestures, especially on missions. Since Night-Guard is a mercenary and not an official team member, they usually walk back to his home and do some training sessions and square up against each other for the fun of it.
Norman finds Delcifer to be suspicious as she just came out of nowhere. Norman was usually the police force's latest recruit so it was weird to him that Delcifer was the new one now. He keeps an eye on the former mercenary in the case she was up to something. Norman also felt Sahale was too nice to her to let her join the police force with knowledge of where she came from and whether or not she had a good background.
Bridget trained Norman when he first joined the police force. He found him friendly yet serious at the same time. To be fair though, it was the police force after all, nothing was suppose to be nice. Apart of Norman felt bad that he had to train Delcifer to learn how to become a cop when Bridget himself was suspicious of the former mercenary. Nethertheless, Norman new that the veteran cop, Bridget could handle himself quite fine.
Sahale is the Sheriff of the police force thought he always looked so sad and gloomy at times. Norman never understood why or what happened to make him that way but he never questioned it as he felt it was rude to ask about something personal. Norman obediently follows every order Sahale gives him, nothing is a challenge to him. He and Sahale would occasionally head and grab a donut and hang out a bit and just chat about the police force.
