HISTORY - cw: 
pre-outliers:
- lived in the risings along with others of her kind
- showed exterme talent in life-force manipulation 
- was challenged to a lot of fights and well trained by elder peers
- recruited by birch who preached about nonviolence
- grew her hair out like the others who used long hair as a message against unnecessary fighting (b/c it's harder to fight with long hair)
- as she got stronger, more and more people wanted to fight to establish dominance b/c they could tell her power
- enlisted against her will into a basically a championship for high societal position based on combat ability
- ollied the fuck out of there by jumping realms

outliers:
- but the gateway stripped her of her wings, leaving huge gashes down her back
- oh appaerntly in this realm (main realm) risers are seen as basically bringers of the apocalypse.... whoops
- still runs & is chased by authorities
- runs into sylvester in the woods, who is hunting, and accidentally scares him into helping her
- becomes friends with syl
- ringer joins the party
- gets close to ringer and opens up slightly to him
- oh shit more and more risers are falling looking to kill her, also the govenrment agencies want to kill her
- idk more shennanigans, syl probably gets hurt a lot, ringer dies at some point
- meets caligo in the midst of battle after ringer dies & while fighting one of the stronger risers who is like, Deadset on getting her
- ash is so pissed though doesnt even care that this being materialized out of nowhere she doesnt even use her life-manipulation powers or w/e to kill this other riser
- she delivers a very violent & purposeful death which goes very much against her morals (she regrets it afterwards but refuses to apologise)
- actually meets/talks to cal
- finds a place for them to hide out

- living in an abandoned military fortress in the middle of the damn woods
