pre-outliers:
- dropped off at the local orphanage up north when he was around 4-5 (he doesnt remember much from before it)
- orphanage was basically some part of the human government raising child soldiers
- he has a lot of mixed feelings about it bc some of the adults were good but others beat him it was basically like attending a really corrupt boarding school where physical abuse and neglect was a-ok
- eventually got assigned to mainly kitchen duty and realised that he could use his personality and became basically a saleperson for the orphanage

outliers:
- lately he's been hearing this voice in his head but it's not his conscience and he's kind of like well this is weird but there's a lot of weird things and the voice is pretty friendly so whatever
- was trying to make some trades at the nearby tavern/inn combo when he heard rumors of the coming of risers (basically the worlds going to end)
- met the riser and somehow was like yes this feels right & helped them (ASH) escape
- also met syl who was being dragged around by ash
- they run from the government and also the other risers who are chasing all of them
- ringer gets between a battle between another riser and ash
- oh no he dead

- the voice was caligo and cal saves his ass somehow

- idk what happens but they probably do start the apocalypse
