Biography

Nobody within the hellscape seems to know much about Anatoly's past-- where he comes from or why he stays-- despite him being a 'newcomer', a mortal with a lifeline that doesn't span eternity in comparison to all demons and foul wretched creatures.
He excels in the way of demoniality, able to cast spells and incant blasphemous prayers as if he was born for this. Most demons desire to consort with him in any capacity possible, hoping to corrupt him further, or expand his power, but his strength lies in an odd virtuous humbleness. He knows so much and continues to seek out anything he can. Whether he does this for some hidden, godlike power or simply to pursue his interests is also unknown.

He serves some sort of master, but no one knows who it is, as he is known to take every single side that is possible to take within his means, raking in as many benefits as he can.
Contention, distrust, and petty dislike are common feelings toward Anatoly; he backstabs as often as others attempt to backstab him.

Personality

If it isn't obvious from his journey within Hell's landscape, Anatoly can be quite brash and callous. If something is in his way, he doesn't even ask on how to overcome obstacles-- he'll destroy things with a smile on his face. His overall personality belies what power he holds, though, and when he runs across the mortal realm, he's often described as 'seedy', or 'sleazy'. Very hedonistic without shame or guilt. He enjoys flustering others for any reason. And most of all, if he's uninterested in what is happening around him, he freely tunes it out, going so far as to verbally let others know his disinterest.
He doesn't mind cruel superiority figures, and will even cooperate with such types (more patiently than those that come off docile)-- but he refuses to be judged only on this one subject.
Anatoly's not necessarily a leader, since he refuses to take unnecessary risks toward his mysterious goals, but also not a simpering follower, heeding every guide his master tells him. To sum him up, he's an outspoken, surprise third-party type. He'll always make an appearance when one least expects it.
