- her whole entire thing and power is the fact that she can control luck. well, she can't really control that power, but her powers make her naturally lucky - unless a bad event happens, then soon after she'll have a very bad luck day.
- she can actually control others luck if she's around them and happens to like them, then they'll have good luck. if it's the opposite, they'll get bad luck around her. she can only control her abilities if she feels strongly like someone deserves a lot of good / bad luck. her luck also leaves her for a day if she grants this onto someone else.

Sabelle was born into a rich family - the Serith's. It was made up of half-cat half-human people. She was a black cat, and they were known to give bad luck. Due to this, she was often neglected because her family thought she would cause certain disaster to her family simply by being there. She had to do everything by herself even as a small child because of this, and learned to care for herself over others. After a while, her parents straight up threw her out of their home.
She lived on the streets for a time that felt like forever - this gave her the helpful abilities to tell a good lie - and to see through others lies, and other people in general. She was good at this and due to her being appealing to most people, she got free food out of it. But it still wasn't fun as she didn't have anywhere to return to, and she had to sleep in alleyways. An alley cat.
One day she couldn't handle it anymore, and went to gamble her life away, if she still had any. She went to a casino, and oddly discovered that she was incredibly lucky - she won at many games, and got big wins. This alone got her out of her homeless life, and she was ever so happy to have gone to the casino that day. She still frequents the casino, as she doesn't have a job and doesn't intend to get one very soon due to her luck alone.
