Despite all of James' negative or scheming traits, he tries to the best of his ability to use these skills to get people to like him. Still, he's the boss and doesn't need everyone to like him all the time. He just wants to be respected and to be considered a good man by his employees. Perhaps because he wants them to leave good reviews for him, perhaps because it is what he truly desires. He usually spends one day lecturing someone about slacking off, and the next day he will turn on the charm so they won't hold a grudge against him. His quick change in attitude can be a bit unsettling at times, but sometimes it truly does feel genuine.
James is a very hard worker, BUT he makes his employees take a lot of accountability and responsibility, so sometimes it might seem like he's slacking off himself. He's often pacing around the office, watching and seeing what everyone else is up to. He's already reached his promotion, so perhaps he thinks he doesn't have to work as hard anymore. These are just some of the reasons why he is nicknamed "Hypocrite" by his employees.

While James is the manger of Sunrise Accounting, he still has to answer to the owner of the company, his brother, Nicholas Han.

James is the type who is always learning new ways to increase sales and moral. He likes to experiment with the business and his own personal appearance, but he isn't going to let anyone else mess with the business his brother worked so hard to start up. He's strict and has high standards for everyone. His own rules and restrictions don't often apply to himself, so he gets called a hypocrite a lot. However, he's not slacking on his work. He's working like he has something to prove because even though he's talented everyone thinks he got his position due to nepotism, which isn't fully wrong. His brother Nicholas really looks out for him, and it can be kinda annoying.

He's very serious most of the time, but he also struggles to get his employees to like him, so he tries to convince his employees that he's an alright guy by taking them out to drinks on Fridays after work. His brother and he share the quality of being a bit of a jerk to deal with in the office though. But outside of it, he's a little more relaxed.
