Profile
Yuu is a member of the Hawk Party, and a really obvious one for that matter. He is always going off about how annoying humans are, how the world will be so much better off without them, etc. It really doesn't matter who he's talking to, from a close friend, colleague, or the poor employee at Starclucks who isn't paid enough to deal with him. Even if he wasn't a Hawk, it doesn't take a genius to understand his stance on the whole humans versus birds thing.
Aside from his dominant personality trait being human-hating, he's generally very charming and charismatic at first, yet to balance that out he's equally as condescending and quick to dislike. Yuu roams the earth, possibly scoping out any potential subjects to test on, or doing what he's supposed to do and simply...observing. He gains new purpose when Hiyoko, the Human Representative, starts attending St. Pigeonation, and he wishes to simply study her from afar. However, he knew he couldn't just show up one day and stare at her constantly, so he would need to find someway to look less suspicious when scoping the school out.
He ends up getting a job at the school as a History teacher in order to keep an eye on Hiyoko and watch her from a safe distance, keeping tabs on her. His reputation among the student body (and staff) ends up being quite mixed, but the majority are quick to dislike him due to his strict teaching methods and constant tangents about unrelated topics.
When Yuu and Eiichi were dating, it was just a disaster from the very start. Their relationship was too complicated to explain to others either, but it could be boiled down to the fact it was far from a normal one. They both shared a mutual distaste for the other, even their times of affection being fueled by aggravation. It's a no-brainer that their breakup was mutual, but Eiichi was the one who brought it up first.
Down in the lab, Yuu brings food to Haru every morning. Well, "food" is a loose term. He never thinks much of Haru, though the more crue part of him finds himself wondering what one must do to earn a fate like his. Haru is more on the lines of entertainment to him, finding his slow deterioration fascinating.
