Born as one of the versai of Heiva, Hibiki grew up with quite the amount of power and expectations. Yet, her childhood was much nicer compared to many of her fellow versai. Though she never got to meet her mother who died in childbirth, her father pampered her in love and attention enough for two normal parents. She never had an issue with the fate she was set to have and mostly just rolled with it. It certainly also helped to have an easy-going, ever-helpful father by her side at all times. Her carefree nature was also a massive boon for the troubles to come.
She learned lots from her father, mainly how to invent and create things and imbue what she made with her magic in other to help her in future endeavors. She in particular took to blacksmithing, the craft her father was most skilled in as well. For a long time she simply enjoyed that; having her father around, creating things, and generally being a rather carefree child.
As the time of her fathers death came together with the death of all other parents from every versai due to a mishap from Lutesio, she was arguably one of those who got through it the best. Her father had made sure to teach her about life and death, the acceptance of this, as well as the acceptance of ones own emotions. Instead of letting her grief fester like many of the others, she made sure to get it out and find the help to get through it that she needed. She aditionally made his body into an artifact, a golden heart which she'd come to carry around with her on a necklace at most times, as this artifact could shift into a magical armor should she spontaneously find herself in combat. It was a way to let him keep protecting her throughout all of time, something he had wished while still alive. Once she had her own grieving under control, she went to help the other versai through their own grieving as much as possible.
With her father gone, and her now very real position as a versai, she focused on flourishing the Domain of Kuvollik where she and her kind were at home. They were a species that was kind and giving by nature through and through, and so very exploitable for others. Her father had kept this in check before his death, and this was now a thing she'd take over after him. A task that wasn't hard to muster, with her being very well-liked and trusted amongst her people, and with the help of Kornelious and his ever-growing empire. Of course, this wasn't her only task by a long shot - keeping track of her own domain and its prosperity was one thing, but another much more tasking job was keeping track of her fellow versai of the Heiva. She wasn't just any versai, but the leader of the versai of the Heiva, and so it was her job to keep the others under control as well as alive. But a job she would do to the best of her abilities it was! Likewise did she make it her job to check up on the versai of Leronx from time to time, not because it was her job since that was Lutesio's, but because she saw them as her family just as much as she did the versai of Heiva.
It surely wasn't all sunshine and flowers, horrible events kept happening to her fellow versai which kept throwing them for loops, and of course there were various events going down in her Domain as it did with any other. Yet, she found herself never truly getting into anything horrible personally. Be it her kind nature, sheer luck, or something entirely else, she always found herself helping others with their issues instead as much as she could. In general, she counted her life much calmer than most any of the other versai. She did have a couple larger turmoils, such as one time where her domain was almost overrun by the mishap Lutesio had created and who were still roaming around, or when her second in command Xenerax fell from grace and she had to revoke his title, but all in all it was fairly calm.

Her newest project came when she met Borah, a cursed, unlucky, and alcoholic man. Miserable at that. She gave him her home to stay and cared for him, getting to know him in the process. Despite his many flaws and bad habits, she couldn't help but enjoy his company. Underneath all the grimey misery he carried, he was a fun, party-ready, and kind guy, someone she really enjoyed drinking and hanging out with.
Turns out, despite what everyone else insisted, Borah's curse could be lifted, and after several scoldings by the Lucifer from Borah's world for her to keep Borah in check, they managed to lift the curse. By murdering Borah after he went berserk, true, but lifted none the less! Turned out, Borah was a pheonix and could rise from his ashes so to say, after Lucifer had taken away the curse of course. So... It worked out!
Borah got much better with the curse lifte, something Hibiki enjoyed, and he kept staying with her, at least for now.
