- Adopts are sold for PERSONAL USE only. If you want to use my designs commercially (i.e. for projects you will be making money from) I will require a $100 fee.
- Minor edits/outfit changes are okay, just make sure the character is still recognizable!
- Do not resell the design for more than you bought it for. Exceptions can be made if you created or bought art of the character.
- Trades and gifting are allowed.
- Do NOT use my designs for any sort of hate art or discrimination.
- Do NOT use my designs or art in ANY sort of NFT. Even with commercial use, I do not grant permission to use my work in your little Earth destroying pyramid scheme.
- If you purchased a Closed Species design, do not remove the design from the species without my permission!
- You can edit and submit my designs into Closed Species groups if you'd like.
- Any Closed/Original Species design of mine follows the TOS of the group before any of my own personal TOS!
