Solstice Empress theme
The revered head of a protection racket meets cult. Her followers believe her to be a spiritually ascended being and extort money from local businesses in the area for not only physical protection, but also spiritual protection under her blessings.
Though in a twisted way she does think she is doing the right thing deeming the land they reside on to be tainted with vile energies and her purification to be of genuine benefit, her demand for compliance and submission and a number of loyal followers willing to put their lives on the line for her makes Solstice a frightening figure to contend with.
