General
A weapon smuggler/trader, used to work closely together with Enver who trusted him with providing Elias with a job. Elias ends up dying while working for him. Enver blames Dustin for his death and they end up becoming enemies. Much later Dustin gets his revenge by "selling" Vegas and Enver to the syndicate. Generally hated for his shitty personality except by those that look up to him.
