Owner of a half illegal casino/bar, he's quite an influential person with many connections in the underworld. He also serves as a father figure for Elias who is somewhat of an adoptive son to him. He used to be close friends and working partners with Dustin but turned enemies when Elias died because of Dustin.
Friends with Vegas. Later helps Vegas hide from the the syndicate when they try to find him. Dustin gets his revenge by snitching on him and Vegas, Vegas gets caught but Enver manages to escape. Now being a wanted criminal he leaves his bar behind and reconnects with his half brother Farhan/gets in contact with the drug cartel.
