Vegas younger brother, they have a very good relationship to each other. I guess most stuff about him is undecided but he does end up being captured and not so nicely interrogated by the syndicate to get information about his brother Vegas. What happens after that is still to be decided, but he most likely meets Jason at some point, they actually know each other since childhood but only because Vegas was friends with Jason, they don't really have any connection.
