Failing Politician struggling with self-hatred and self-doubt. Disliked by most of the country because of some past mistakes and many untrue accusations. Alaric and the syndicate help spread the rumor that Vegas is corrupt and works for another country which led to him being wanted for treason.
He ends up having to escape and hide underground. Gets in contact with Enver hoping that he could help him escape to safety and to get the truth out there. Dustin gets ahold of it and snitches on both of them as a revenge against Enver. Vegas ends up being arrested and executed for treason. During his time on the run he develops an eye infection which leads to one eye turning blind and bleeding.
Idealistic, confident, ambitious when he was younger. Kinda reckless and narrow-minded but with good intentions. Trying to keep up the Impression of being confident and composed while actually falling apart on the inside. Overcome with anxiety, despair and self-hatred.
