Ava is a decisive, strict and dispassionate ruler. He followed the White Rabbit to Wonderland voluntarily, tired and emotionally exhausted from his responsibilities as an only son. When asked for his name, he used the pseudonym Avarice. His real name is Noah Butler.
He's well-received by the citizens of Wonderland mostly due to his good looks and intellect, but he has little to no attachment to the people he rules and has no qualms about (potentially) committing genocide. To him, running and organizing Wonderland like a business gives him great satisfaction. The amount of Wonderland residents that respect and submit to him is proportional to the power that is stored inside his King's Crown- hence, the more he conquers, the stronger he gets. (the crown considers Titled residents only)
He acts strangely sometimes, even to the residents of Wonderland. It's as though he has a switch inside his brain that can immediately flick him from a relaxed and easy-going mood to a cold, wrathful personality.

Character
History
From the moment he was born, Noah was treated with excessive idolization and reverence. As the only son born to an upper class family, he was subject to pressure and meeting unrealistic expectations.
Though he tried his best, and excelled in comparison to his peers, the disparity of his own personal expectations and reality drove him crazy. He had an obsession with being "perfect", but wasn't able to achieve the level of perfection he had imagined in his mind. This obsession was further encouraged by his parents, wanting him to take over their family business and expand it. Unrealistic responsibilities and goals were piled upon a child.
Noah saw them as insignificant, yet greedy creatures; unable to accomplish their personal goals and so despised them for using him like a tool. After one of his frequent meltdowns, the White Rabbit approached him and invited him to Wonderland. Knowing full well this was the perfect opportunity to throw away his life and start afresh, he willingly jumped down the rabbit hole. When asked for his name, Noah decided to go under the name Ava, short for Avarice.
The sheer absurdity of Wonderland gave him respite. Despite the constant threat of death and danger, he conquered the trials as "Alice" and held his "guardian", who clearly cared very little for him, in contempt. He eventually opened up to the very person who brought him to Wonderland, and they became good friends.
Sometimes people are just destined to live a life of misery, though. This very good friend of his went missing and returned as something that worked to destroy Ava's Wonderland as he had built it.
He strives to return everything to normal once more, including his friend.
Abilities
✦ King's Crown
Grants him an explosive increase in strength and speed for a limited amount of time. Passively, as long as he has the crown, all regular citizens of Wonderland must obey him unconditionally. Strain/overuse makes him bleed black goop from his eyes....
✦ Higher Consciousness..... one of the abilities he gained from clearing his trials. his higher consciousness takes a form of a golden key and talks shit to him. (only he can see it) often, it points things out to him that he has seen, but forgotten.

[ relationship ] beheaded her. somehow good friends still and she continues to give him advice.

[ relationship ] one of his other guardians. doesn't like him much because he treats ava like a child.
