Personality: Slo' Mo speaks and acts in the way you expect every PSA character from the 70-90s to act, mixed with the elements of every edutainment protagonist you can think of. He uses tons of slang from an era that doesn't exist, has a laid-back demeanor, and despite it all has an advanced education on math and technology. Slo' Mo isn't so much as smug as he is confident-- he's got full faith in his abilities but knows his limits when they come to face him.
