A very calm man with an enigmatic way of speaking. Lots of vague allusions to things that may or may not happen or that may not even be real. His voice is gentle and floaty, but with an undeniable ominous undertone. Despite this ambiguity, Lazarus is incredibly strict when it comes to business and won't tolerate anyone that plays games (other than himself). Those spiked knuckles aren't for show.

Despite not being incredibly outwardly threatening, a great deal of fellow Mignyans are still creeped out by him due to the manner in which he carries himself and his bizarre clothing. People fear that which they do not understand, and this fear makes Lazarus an excellent taskmaster. He considers it his personal duty to ensure that, in his region, all the cogs are oiled and not a single Mignyan is out of place in the grand scheme of things. He will see to it that no one leaves here uninfected.
