Hungry Ghost

Vengeful ghost likely originating from a person who starved to death. His behaviour is very folk taley: If he knocks at your door, answer it, and offer him food, if you have any. If you don’t, he’ll move on elsewhere. If you open your door and lie about not having food, he’ll devour you. If you don’t open the door at all, he’ll break in and eat everyone inside the house. Sometimes people turn to a fairy or other such nature spirit for protection, but there’s a heavy price for that.

His set of morals are not founded on any kind of human logic, he's just hungry and vindictive.

Another monster that originates from a dream I had! Wow. He did look much more owl-like and cartoony in the dream I had.
