Laceweed is the mysterious spirit of lot 49, a workshop for students to work on their exhibits.

As a hoodle, she looks much like a fuzzy twisty worm in a mesh of golden wire. She's reserved in general, and finds comfort of burying herself in work that involves bright colors and strange textures. Lot 49 is bare, and could be described as industrial at best, all concrete and pipes and metal-sheet staircases and balconies, light filtering through wide and dusty windowpanes. Seeing the students working on their odd projects below brings life into her world.

Recently, she's come to take care of a bulky woolie! She gets along with him well on account of the woolie being slow-moving and well behaved, but the yellow handkerchief that hangs from one of his horns is covered in mysterious signs and is rather hypnotic.

Probably unrelated, but some scruffy yellow hoodle has been intruding into her territory lately. Jeez! When will he leave her alone?
