Niet

Extremely very bad no-good warlord sorceror king. Utterly obsessed with the annihilation of his twin brother Medet, who is also a sorceror king.

To better fight his brother's army of monsters, Niet relies on plucking up the mostly-human inhabitants of the surrounding lands and infesting them with his semi-living creations; parasite/symbiotic creatures that grant any individual great power at the price of eternal servitude. His army consists of animated, shambling corpses and armed soldiers who move with unnatural speed and strength. Niet's powers of un-life creation are his specialty, and passively manifest crawling creatures within any being that stays in his presence for too long. His tower is also made of semi-dead flesh, and both his armour and thin black sword seem alive.

Niet appears to be a man with paper white skin and solid jet black eyes, sharp teeth, and two glossy black tendrils growing from behind his ears. His hands, mouth, and feet are soft and black, and are freezing cold and dangerous to touch. In modern settings he is long deceased, having fallen afoul of a carefully crafted trap while exploring his defeated brother's castle.
