One of the founders of the COR entirely, working alongside Soph and Valentine to oversee the construction of headquarters and bring the governing body into shape. Most COR operatives would recognize his name with respect and awe, though they'd struggle to place what happened to him - though disappearing into the annals of history is not an uncommon fate.
In truth, Glory grew disillusioned with the COR and the direction it was heading, culminating in attempting a coup of sorts of the Overseers at the time. His supporters were disbanded with his arrest, and Glory was rather forcibly "retired" to the Sanctum with his work stripped from him, which he's still pissed about. But whatever.
