A strange spirit being who takes on the form of a giant cormorant, or a bird woman. Nonetheless, she's not to be approached carelessly.

Making her domain in the human realm and its roaring seas, she enjoys when fishers try to curry her favour, but there's always a catch. (hah, fish.)

Her laughter is a repetitive braying, honking noise that's almost more terrifying than amusing.
