An evil dark mage, charming and friendly even when ripping your heart out and sticking it in a jar. 


Oldest son of the Fehlmier family, his younger brothers are Eliezer and Lizon. His father is now a talking skeleton. Lives far outside the circumference of the arch due to Alcazar's kill order on him. 

His most trusted servants/pets are Kazimir and Tziraqa, whom he raised up from their miniature states into his great and terrifying demonic guards. He also has a familiar, Ziera

For a supposedly lonely guy, he has the extended family of Batman . . .

 

PERSONALITY

    • Hates the moral and ethical concept of "good", and often tries to purposefully do the opposite
    • Has a cheap & cruel sense of humor, although he can appreciate more refined jokes
    • Likes making up bullshit curses to inflict on people
    • Due to his abilities, he values loyalty far more than power

 

POWERS

  • Contract & Claim - able to make a contract, exchange or wager with beings of sufficient sentience, and "claim" something of theirs if they fail in their task or otherwise break the contract. The contract ability can automatically supply a reward corresponding the difficulty of the task so long as a physical reward was not specified, and that which is claimed in forfeit must be of somewhat equivalent value to the contract's reward. Any attempt by the subject or those related to nullify the contract counts as an automatic forfeit, and the subject must have the capability to fulfill the contract given. As a required secondary power, he is able to sense whether or not they potentially have the capability to fulfill the contract . . . but likes to set the most impossible contract conditions anyway
  • Containment & Transference - has the ability to give tangible form to nontangible concepts; eg. fear, courage, happiness, etc, and store it or transfer it to other people. Usable to seal energy or to contain powers. In order to for him to store something, it must be "free flow" (like fire/electricity or overwhelming emotion), loosed in an attack, offered to him, or accepted "in trade" with the additional condition of equivalence. Cannot take what is protected. Originally his father's ability, stolen through contract and stored in his eye. Limited in how much he can store at a time
  • Spell Weave (dark magic specialization) - general purpose magic for everyday use, eg. teleport, repair spells, binding spells, barrier spells, search spells, levitation, hammerspace, etc. Also has his own set of specially created spell arrays
  • Stolen Powers - has any number of stolen powers, each appearing as a runic tattoo on his skin. Able to stack powers, must watch out for negative interactions between powers

 

SKILLS

  • Magic research - comes from a notable mage family, is very good at magic research & development . . . is very much a mad scientist, and runs lots of exceedingly unethical experiments. Sometimes even runs them just for fun . . .

 

WEAKNESSES

  • No matter how many powers he has, his mana is not unlimited! Has mana potions, however
  • Still needs to train to know how to fully utilize the powers he has, otherwise is pretty basic with them
  • When the tattoos on his skin are destroyed, the stolen power goes along with it! Cannot regenerate the tattoos, however can "withdraw" the tattoos and have them float around him instead, where they are indestructible

 

NOTES

  • Has an execution warrant placed on his head by Alcazar, and so lives in a ghastly castle on an island off the edge of Baltia, way into the corrupted regions. Survives, somehow 
  • Used to have a massive collection of dark magic stuff, but it was destroyed during the conflict that chased him out of the town he was terrorizing. Trying to rebuild it slowly! 
  • Used to want to take revenge against Alcazar (and, by association, Arcadia) until he got his hands on a clairvoyance power and found out just how hopeless the concept of it was. Nowadays he simply sends out the occasional petty (and sometimes not-so-petty) annoyances against them
  • Don't ever accept something from him without immediately giving payment in return! Or he will definitely take something from you . . .
  • Keeps his father around as a talking skeleton, to be released when Helize himself is dead . . . after dad lets him down one more time (into the ground)
  • Thomas is his cute and adorable baby nephew! Who he would love to have tea with more often, if only Thomas would accept his invitations
  • He is bored and lonely and keeps victims around to slowly torture
