The Police Chief of Pleiamor City.

Adoptive father to Atlas who was also the one finding their body back then in the traffic accident. Lost his own son years ago during a shoot-out(his son was a police officer as well) and still isn't over it.

Has a loving husband and isn't aware of the others dark past. He is firm and strict but fair, giving Atlas special treatment now and then.
