Intro
An FBI agent living in the city of Hellsalem's Lot. He lost his wife due to complicated circumstances regarding a certain Blood Breed, and he blames himself for it first and foremost. « Many of his close friends and companions claim that his personality did a completet 180 after her death; a once friendly, personable man became a cold, detached shell of the man he once used to be. Don't let his confident, smug exterior fool you — Roy finds that there's hardly anything to live for nowadays, only keeping himself busy and alive in order to exact revenge.
He used to smoke, but stopped after the death of his wife to honor her wishes postmortem. Now he only eats lollipops; his favorite flavors are watermelon and green apple.
Currently a widower (single), only has vengeance on the mind.

Personality
Reckless, fearless, and headstrong, Roy lives his life dangerously and on edge for the sake of his only goal in life: to find the Blood Breed that killed his wife in cold blood. He's driven entirely by revenge, stopping at nothing to continue his personal investigation in order to track down his target, and hardly takes "no" for an answer — even from his superiors. In order to get things done, he's learned that it's much better to do whatever it takes; he's more than willing to throw himself in harm's way. If it gets him one step closer to realizing his goal, he'll do whatever he wants regardless of whether or not anyone approves of it... not that he needs their approval in the first place.
He refuses to let anyone get in the way of his plans, and dislikes when people try to insert themselves into his personal life whether it be to help or stop him. Roy prefers working alone, and will easily snap at whoever annoys him enough. While he has a strange cheerful, arrogant, and overconfident exterior, he's prone to getting angry when being pushed too hard. While he normally keeps a cool and level-head, his judgements tends to become clouded by anger when it becomes too much.
The people around him are worried about his self-destructive behavior. Those who knew him remember Roy as being much more friendly, nice, and compassionate to those he met. Prior to the tragedy, he was often seen as an older brother figure and was well respected within his circle, but eventually became distant, jaded and cold-hearted. Those he once welcomed into his life with open arms were now pushed away by his terrible disposition, and he uses his newfound confidence — or rather, cockiness — and pride to keep others away from his heart. The truth is, he's actually terrified of getting close to anyone else again, and willingly keeps others at an arm's distance to prevent himself from getting attached. He keeps his heart closed off, not wanting to experience great loss again.
He still lingers onto the memory of his wife and convinces himself that this is what he needs to do to avenge her. In reality, he’s unhealthily holding onto something that doesn’t exist and is only pretending. All of this is to make himself feel better, and he knows deep down she wouldn’t want this for him. Even so, he continues on, completely empty and struggling to find any other meaning to life.

Firearms
Strength:
Weapon of choice. He's a skilled shot and practices his aim very regularly. He mostly wields a Glock 17M. Does not snipe.
Hand-to-Hand
Strength:
He prefers not to get into brawls if he can help it, but he's more than capable of defending himself if need be. Knows how to disarm, stun, and incapacitate people.
Information Gathering
Strength:
A skill that has been greatly improved over the last year or so. Since he began playing dirty, Roy has become exceptionally talented at gathering and extorting information, and has developed a keen sense for what is and isn't important.
