Shila

Shila is a Larvesta, whose white fluff is longer than regular. She's also a little smaller than the average Larvesta, not that she minds, as it allows her to ride on Fuvyn's back. She's the first Larvesta that joined CatLady on her journey in the PokéWorld, being found and nurtured at the door of her house when she was very young.
CatLady's mother at first didn't believe it was such a good idea to keep a Larvesta (known as a Torchpokémon), as CatLady didn't have any experience with pokémon in general. However, as the Larvesta was clearly hurt, she couldn't in good conscience turn the Larvesta away.

The Larvesta in question was a wild pokémon, pretty young too, who'd just had an encounter with a wild pokémon, and while she did escape, she didn't do so without a scratch. She ended up among human civilisation by accident and was picked up before she could get away. Fully prepared to burn down the house, if the humans turned out to have bad intentions, she cautiously took in her surroundings and how the humans were acting.
The love and care shown her quickly mellowed her out though, and she never left the house, unless in company with either the mother or CatLady, though more often than not, she stayed with CatLady whenever the mother went out, in case protection was needed.
She got the name Shila ("because it sounds so pretty") and became CatLady's PokéPartner, once she got a pokéball. She's rarely in it, though, preferring to travel either by foot or on CatLady's shoulder, using her stringshot to make sure she doesn't fall of.
