The Tarawag

Hey fun question; what do you get if you combine a snake, some rats, and several human babies? This, apparently.

The Tarawag is a huge but surprisingly energetic creature created by the sorceror king Medet to fight in his army of monsters. He can talk but only one word, "Tarawag", and conveys his thoughts with a combination of "Tarawag" variations, gesticulating with his six weird giant baby hands, blowing raspberries, and yelling. He's easily amused and has roughly the intelligence and emotional maturity of a 6-year-old human.

In battle the Tarawag is a menace, well known to the enemy side for being not very mobile but incredibly difficult to damage thanks to his armoured hide and cunningly protecting his weak spots. His muddy colouration and broken outline also make him surprisingly good at being an ambush fighter; bursting out of reedy mucky hiding spots to wreak havoc with his giant club tail.
