Hex is the celestial of Blind Devotion. He gains power through prayer and worship. He can see through the eyes of a symbol his members have scattered all throughout the city and outside world. These eye symbols can also work as portals and are able to tear through different realms and dimensions. He created a group of necromancers and demons under the organization HEX.
