Istus is that mom friend that loves to party. She'll take care of you and overprep her purse for the night, but she also just super enjoys parties - dancing and drinking and having fun. She's super outgoing and is the type that will spit some serious wisdom at you when you run into her in the restroom at 2am and you're crying about some asshole.

Istus is a seer, with pretty solid magic skills. She uses her magic to help others when necessary, but doesn't tend to go out of her way to help if someone hasn't asked. Likes to be given offerings if you're asking her for a favor.
Istus' seer magic is strongly affected by emotions. While she trained to be in control of her powers, and only see when asked to rather than being overwhelmed by them at any time, there are times when others' emotional states are so volatile or extreme that images of their lives flash before her eyes unannounced and out of her control. These types of visions cause migraines, and when hit with them Istus usually has to take the rest of the day off as the unintential visions paired with the migraines incapacitates her.
