Something's amiss, when another presence appears in Ozpin's mindscape. It happens, when the reincarnation cycle begins, when the previous Ozma makes themselves apparent. But a being appearing in the middle of a cycle, when the personalities have already merged -- this hasn't happened before, and it's concerning.
