Character Name

Name; Peekaboo (Boo) Velden

Species; That's questionable

Personality; Mischievous, a thief, good boy

Purpose; No one really knows where Peekaboo came from, or even what he is, all anyone knows is that Ryder has claimed him as his own. Now the two are inseparable. 

                                                                                   Warning; He'll steal your cookies and your heart

Peekaboo was found by Ryder, who had just moved out on his own. Things were moving around the house, but only at night. Finally having enough, Ryder stayed awake one night, armed with a flashlight. To his shock, one of the cupboards in the beneath the sink shifted open and a tiny paw stepped out before the culprit came into view. Ryder waited until it had jumped onto the table before standing up, shining the flashlight onto it. It shrieked and froze in place, a paw on a cookie-box.

"Hungry little fella?" he spoke, going over as the creature shrunk back away from him slowly, ready to run. Ryder opened the box and put it back on the table, holding a treat out to the creature. It raised it's tiny paw after a moment before grabbing it and running into the living-room, on one of the pillows that lay on the couch. 

Ryder named it Peekaboo, because after they formed a small bond, the critter liked to peek around corners at him, as if playing peekaboo. It later gained the name Boo due to it's shyness around other people. Now Peekaboo has his own little bed in Ryder's room, but usually he sleeps in the same bed with him, curled up on his chest.

                                                                                   Boo's favorite food is soft chocolate chip cookies, and salmon. 

When Ryder is away for work, Boo usually leaves the house through tiny holes he created before Ryder moved in. He'll go into the neighbors houses and sniff out cookies in their pantries. Boo knows when the neighbors are out, and which houses have guard dogs or cats, he's been doing this for a long time. He also knows when Ryder gets home, so he's always home before Ryder walks up the driveway. Boo is very mischievous and despite being a little shit, Ryder will always tell him he's a good boy. Boo is very intelligent and often displays that. 

                                                                                His favorite place to be scratched is under his chin and his back.

Despite his small size, his bite is worse then his bark if Ryder is ever in danger. The little critter is definitely not from this realm, but he certainly blends in with other animals. Often people mistake him for a small fox or a weasel- of which Boo becomes insulted and usually hisses at the person. There are nights that Boo will leave Ryder's side while he sleeps soundly, and instead goes outside on the porch, staring at the moon. His marks on his shoulder and between his eyes will usually glow a soft muted green. This only happens once every few months, and the only reason he leaves is to not wake Ryder up.
