A highly excitable A.I. who just wants to help! She and Delta really don't get along at all, but they warm up to each other eventually.

As for how and why she became sentient is anyone's guess, but Delta blame's G's stray nanites that disrupted the A.I. database's programming. Surely it wasn't Delta's own ingenuity, even though she goes out of her way to avoid sentience in machinery due to further ethical problems that would pose!
