Contagiously easy-going. Tseten has a rather peaceful, happy demeanor. He loves to put a smile on anyone’s face, and aims to please. He’s polite and law-abiding, usually turning the other cheek than reacting to any abuse. He will gladly go out of his way to help someone and is extremely open-minded and accepting.
Once befriended, though, Tseten is very teasing and playful. He loves to make innuendos and make others flustered. He may look it, but is in no way actually innocent.
He has a bad habit of doing just about anything for money.
Because of how often he works, he doesn’t get much sleep. He can be found nodding off in his spare time, curling up on warm things/people much like a cat.
And despite his un-air nomad-like personality, Tseten has followed the no earthly attachment ideology (unwillingly) and, after much practice and meditation, achieved flight, becoming the third person in the world to do so.
Unfortunately, his lack of attachments has caused his brain to wander often, making him a bit of an airhead, pun intended.

He was born to a healthy family in a small town in the Earth Kingdom and was practically raised by his three sisters, which might explain his feminine personality. He decided to follow in his father’s footsteps like the lovely son he was and took up acting, and decided it was his calling. His sisters would often dress him up in their clothes and have him perform impromptu plays that the entire family would sit and watch.
He was 16 when an offshoot of the Terra Triad “visited” his town where a few of the Agni Kai Triad were staying. A showdown followed, and the resulting fires consumed Tseten’s childhood house with his family inside.
The fire spread, and by then most of the Triads were gone with the wind. Being the only bender in town, air only makes fire grow, so Tseten’s wild attempted to put it out only caused it to grow and overtake even more buildings, and Tseten ended up watching as his home burnt to the ground. He was speechless as one of the Terra Triad members basically abducted him, impressed by his bending.
Tseten spent the next four years as a dog for the Terra Triad, pushed around and never taken seriously. He finally managed to ditch the group when he was 20, and now all of his earthly ties were gone. He became an urchin, homeless on the streets of Republic City, with nothing to do but beg, practice, and meditate… And achieved flight. Nothing tethered him. Not even when he was found by a pro-bending team, and all but forced onto the roster thanks to his rather stunning abilities. Still not tethered when he was accepted into the university, as urged by his teammates, nor when he discovered a passion for theatre..
