Aaneq***'s Links
Ythrill is a brilliant being that deserves far more than existence allows her. || "Mere words cannot do her justice..." *Proceeds to go on a poetic tangent*
Aaneq is a troubled mortal; he hates people, himself included. She is determined to give him insight into the kinder side of existence, so often chats with him, tells him stories, and takes him to interesting locations. The boy fell in love with her at some point, but she simply cannot return that emotion. She sees mortals as children, and cares for them as a mother might- not as a romantic interest. She can feign such a relationship, but refuses to do so.
Dislikes this twin just as much as the other one. ||
Yeuros doesn't even know the servants name; merely his place at the palace.
Dislikes this twin just as much as the other one. ||
Only knows Aaneq as another servant at the palace. ||
Aaneq views Vhey as a child caught in the crossfires of a situation she does not deserve to be in. He occasionally plays board games with her; after all, refusing to would be hazardous to his job and quite possibly, his continued existence. || "She's okay. I guess."
Vhey only knows Aaneq as one of the servants, but unlike either of the twins, she knows this one's name. || "Aaneq? Oh, he's the servant who plays games with me sometimes, right? He's not very good at playing games, so I always try to teach him to be better when we play."
Aaneq now chooses his words with care when around the head engineer; he is rather intimidating, and could get Aaneq kicked out of the palace, perhaps even the city, in an instant. ||
Knows Aaneq as a lowly servant; and not even one that's worth talking to. In fact, the head engineer tends to avoid even trying to hold a conversation with the poet. In the past, it has only ended in him being more upset that he already was. ||
Questeria is at the very top of Aaneq's hated individuals list, which is quite the accomplishment considering that pretty much everyone is on that list. ||
Questeria sees Aaneq as nothing more than Ythrill's current pet mortal. He isn't even an entertaining one, but at least he can't cause any real harm. ||
Aaneq has likely run errands for Qyii's family, or perhaps even Qyii himself. Despite having not formally met the politician-to-be, Aaneq dislikes him; But what else is to be expected. || "He's just another political figure. There are plenty in this city."
Qyii does not know Aaneq.
[Post Q. only]: Qyii now knows of, and recognizes the poet. That kind of thing tends to happen when power gets involved, after all.
