Milla Ray
A prickly Kyklouran who is adept at customer service and fighting.
Personality
Is somewhat of an enigma to those who know her. She's got a short temper, is cursed with RBF, but is a master at polite conversation and customer service. She works at the main desk at the Bed and Breakfast, doing almost all the bookkeeping and helping guests settle in.
She doesn't enjoy trying new things, and is very staunch in her habits and interests. She won't outwardly judge anyone else's hobbies, but she also doesn't tend to stretch her mind too far to understand why people might like something she actively doesn't. She frequently gets into fights on account of her stubbornness. She also has a huge problem with dealing with poor first impressions, which is why she goes through dates like water, sometimes.
Trivia
- Milla Ray (Mee-ah Ray), frequently Miri (Mee-Ree) or Milly (Mill-ee) instead, both demunitive names given to her by her peers when she was a child.
- She favors white tea and strong coffee with a little bit of milk. Her favorite food at the cafe is a particular lemon tart, and dislikes most of the sugary offerings that frequent the menu. Julia makes sure there's at least one thing she can enjoy daily, though.
- Magic Specialties: Ice, Electricity. Also good at: Light, Fire. Can't use healing magic at all. Likely has Warrior-type ancestry, making her fitness and combatativeness come naturally to her.

Home Life
She spends her downtime and restless energy on being a gym bunny and fighting anyone who challenges her in a ring, but she refuses to do any sort of tournaments or contests. She's every bit of dangerous as she looks. She's quite cut and gets almost all her exercise fighting mean jocks, and will happily help out any other girl at the gym that needs it.
She goes on every single matchmaking date Jorunn sets up for her, even though her preference for "girls who can kick my a**" is frequently ignored, with Jorunn biting back with a "There's no girl stronger than you, Milly". While she has no interest in young guys, she's okay with dating manthers for their tendency to gift her luxurious things until they realize she's not a pushover. She still pursues relationships outside of Jorunn's help, and she's lost count of the amount of people she's dated, as they rarely last long and she goes through them like water.
Cafe Life
She is the person in charge of the cafe's cute charm and social media accounts, posting up well-shot pictures of Julia's specials of the day, cute latte art, and aesthetic images of the plants and kitschy decor scattered around the perimeter. While she frequently catches shots of the rest of the workers, she never shows up in any images herself, and is somewhat of an unexpected member when people come to check out the cafe. She refuses to wear the uniform apron.
As the more outgoing of the two managers, she works as a great boss that dishes out workloads according to their employee's best strengths and interests. She tends to flirt with the girls, basically the one thing Chance side-eyes of her habits. Everyone tends to take it in stride, however.

Relationships
Chance
She and Chance have some sort of history that neither of them talk about. They were the only two people working the bed and breakfast when it first opened, and they work together effortlessly.
Jorunn
She will go on every matchmaking quest Jorunn gives her, though most all of them fell apart within the first date. Jorunn's always making cute latte art that Milly happy snaps to social media, and they're rather close for coworkers.
Jasmine
Jasmine is mostly overwhelmed by Milla Ray's outgoing nature, and doesn't use her diminutive nicknames. They get along well on the job, however, and Milla Ray has zero complaints about her.
Julia
With Julia being in the back and Milly in the front, they rarely get to see each other for more than brief moments during the day. They had a short fling that the others workers don't know about. There's no bad blood between them, and they'd happily chat for longer times if given the chance. Her favorite thing when they were dating was how soft her hair is.
James
She teases him, but it's not flirting. She recognizes his anxiety when it happens and finds solo jobs for him to do when he needs a break from socializing with customers or even his co-workers.
Houghton
Childhood friends well before his dad took over as king, they're closer to each other more than anyone they've dated. They're both willing to throw hands to keep the other safe. She's always hated his dad and would fight him, no questions asked.
They went on a date once and it want terribly. Everyone expected them to marry but she's too gay and he's too ace.
