The 2nd Vorahes is a result of 1st Vorahes (Obsolete God) regenerating in an effort to escape the mistakes of his prior self and rise again. He felt so incredibly insulted, offended, hurt and aggravated once he found himself unable escape it all, as his mind was still the same. Regeneration lets you retain your experience, memories and personality from this life, as you are not reincarnated. It's more of an extension, rather than a new start and God was far, far to stubborn and proud of himself to choose reincarnation. There was no way he was willing to give up his devine vessel. And for his ego, he would have to pay with the same mind and the same struggles.
The fear of another betrayal lead the 2nd Vorahes to be a complete paranoid mess. Any angel of his was at great risk to be executed or other wise removed if he was just the slightest convinced people were out to get him. In fact a lot of angels lost their life to the growing intense fear of being backstabbed. These angels have largely dissapeared traceless and any documentation on their existence has also dissapeared as Vorahes had a tight grip on any written text archieved in heaven. Drowning in his own pity, loathing and paranoia, he stayed in the midst of his temple for many many years.
With all the chaos going on in heaven took place, it was no wonder some angels tried to take control and lead in his place. One of the sub-species, Ydan Angels, decided they knew what was better, which lead to The Purification Experiment, which in turn lead to an immensely scarring war between devils, demons and angels. The angels lost to the devils and the demons and was almost completely wiped out, as a warning to other angels. The result tore a hole in the nation of Heaven. The rumours of God's inability ot rule spread all over the world and even Heaven's people started to doubt. That was the point of which he was no longer called Absolute God. He was Obsolete. The Obsolete God.
Much later, he would finally become exhausted of the paranoia and hatred he felt. Though slow, he did reflect on the things he had done, what he had become. As such happened, he finally regenerated to something quite different to match the change of mindset - to try to do and be better. Thus the new Vorahes was born.
Important to know for anyone who wants to draw them:

- Use Thorn vine symbolism (his halo are two thorn vines)
- Have diamond shapes present (in particular if they are orange!)
- Draw him like the flipping paranoid, angry, exhausted being that he is

Personality
The 2nd Vorahes was a completely mad mess. He is the epidemy of "the higher you fly the harder you fall" - after years of being Obsolete God, his ego had built so, so very high. When he lost control of his vision and his little paradise, he plummeted into despair. God spent all of this life being scared of his own imperfection and he projected a lot of his own issues onto those around him. He was manipulative, brutal, violent, horrible, egocentric and unable to sympathize with anyone else. For all of his time ruling heaven, he did very little on the outside, but behind the temple walls, he had evreyone walking on eggshels, afraid that they would suddenly tick him off.

- Due to his paranoia, he developed a keen sense for bodylanguage, however most of the time he also read way too much into it

- Obsolete God knew there was a power in names. He believed in the power of knowign a name, and that is why no one ever knew his real name aside Satan (of course he would have liked if Satan hadn't known it in the first place). It is also why only he and the closest of his angels knew their own individual name. God didn't believe they needed one, because no one would ever have to command or call them other than him.
