Brennan lives with his family in a small fisherman's village, he works for his parents on the boat and is being trained to take over the family business after his dad retires. It was never really his life goal to become a fisherman, but due to not really having any other ambitions for the future and wanting to make his dad happy, he's very content with the path he's taking. Brennan has 2 older siblings who have left the house, and 3 younger siblings that are still around.
Brennan is a bit shy and often doesn't know how to carry himself that well. He's rather insecure about most things he does and doesn't like getting into the spotlight. The only thing he is somewhat confident about are his cooking skills, which he often shows off to his family and friends.

A childhood friend he reconnected with after she moved back into the village. Brennan is often worried about her because she can be a bit reckless with herself. Whenever Brennan makes some new kind of recipe she'll be the first one to get to taste it.
Pann
Brennan was aware of Pann's existance for a long time, but was to nervous to actually go up to her. Instead he dropped off baskets of food and other basic items on the rocks near her hideout because he wanted to make sure she was doing well. Became friends after Abby introduced her to him.
