A werewolf mafia small chief of section. He specializes in robberies. He’s sneaky and teasing, he’ll appear out of nowhere behind you and scare u the crap out. He snickers a lot. He's pretty dumb but likes to think he's smart. A jerkwad with no friends. He'll die alone and doesn't care. 

He has an older brother higher up, their relationship is... complicated. His full name is Jackdaw, but casually ppl call him Jack, and he's very serious and deals with his job with care and cold precision. Kestrel acts as always with him, all smiles and jokes, but some words have a certain edge and bitterness when he’s talking to him
