Cycle gods are an incredibly illogical sort of minor deity, often possessing powers completely unrelated to their dominion. Uni, for example, can summon couches, hay, and sandwiches.

Mimes are a randomly-occurring magical mutation, causing the person possessing it to constantly exist between multiple worlds at the same time and also has an assortment of powers associated with it... as well as, well, good street performing abilities.
