Hale Steller

   Born in the city of Adersvane, Hale was raised by a pair of real estate sales-parents, who owed devotion to their careers second only to the well-being of their son. Growing up in a populous city well regarded for its strongly united community, Hale developed a personality of kindness and open-armed understanding to many, if not all, of the people he came to know and befriend in his earlier youth. This led to him becoming somewhat dependent on the company of others to make his day to day life fulfilled, but with his charm he never found difficulty in finding said companionship with others. However, after entering a romantic relationship come his first years in high school, Hale began to show signs of psychological stress and an increasing craving for isolation that led his parents, with the advisement of Hale's recently referred therapist, to seek a change of setting for the sake of his deteriorating mental health. With a convenient job opportunity allowing them to move across the country, Hale's family wasted no time in relocating, justifying their concerns when Hale even failed to show any regret at leaving his old school life behind.

   The Steller family settled in Fessle, a smaller city nestled beside the mountains, and Hale showed immediate positive reactions to his new surroundings, very quickly resuming his bright-eyed, friendly self with his place in Fessle High, although with a notable amount of reservation when it came to any kind of romantic connections to any of his new friends. With his mental health recovered, Hale coasted through high school with relative ease, not offset by his penchant for spending most of his free time doing recreational activities with his various groups of friends, while also finding a personal dedication to exercise and the gym, likely as to support his physical health and, by extension, his mental stability. He was well-known across the school as a popular icon of "any and everyone's friend", although those opinions were often held by people too intimidated to engage with him of their own volition. This didn't particularly bother Hale, and he graduated among a slew of friends and acquaintances, looking ahead to college.

   To the surprise of many of his closest friends, Hale decided to attend a mid-tier university on the southern coast, only some few hours by train from Fessle, his reason being simply that he sought a similar experience to high school what with his apparent ease of learning to make way for plenty of time to experience life and activities across the spectrum. Despite the bravado with which he proclaimed his college education would come easily, none of those who knew him well doubted he could pull it off, and only voiced any, but plenty, of regret simply that he had chosen colleges other than their own, particularly from his two closest friends Benjamin and Tiara. Not the type to change his mind so easily, Hale moved down to the town of Wallshore to attend his final years of education, where he first came to encounter his roommate, Dorian.
