Profile

Dorian is no stranger to weird things in his life, even with his origins in a small city like Laucester. Born as a second son to feline romantics, he found himself more stifled by their relentless affection more so than his elder brother Killian, and came to adopt his curmudgeon personality wholeheartedly. As a child, he often stood in the shadow of his brother's much more optimistic outlook, although without any sort of envy as he and his brother shared a pleasant rapport with one another, and in the face of their mother's premature death, they both did their best to support their hardworking father and themselves through the years. When his brother went straight from highschool graduation to seek employment in a locally renown Laucester diner, Dorian swore to devote himself to his higher education.

While he didn't do anything particularly miraculous during his early school years, he spent a good portion of his high school years studying and occasionally playing a support role to his brother's own tidal wave of romcom antics, regularly dealing with the problematic scenarios involving Killian's hardheaded coworker Azai, and the very specifically bizarre relationship with their new stepmother, a familiar vixen much younger than their father, named Mallory. Despite playing occasionally important roles in Killian's troubling life, Dorian was hardly impressed upon by the happenings he may or may not have influenced, often entirely putting his focus on his education. At school. he acted in isolation, regularly spending after-class hours toiling away in the library and online to build up his knowledge base, forgoing most people's need for socialization and kinship with classmates. As such, Dorian had little camaraderie outside of his own family's home, which set to reinforce his ultimately antisocial self.

Graduating among the upper echelons of his school's levels, Dorian sought to pursue higher education at various elite institutions, sending out countless application letters across the country. In spite of his best efforts, many letters were rejected, and Dorian found himself frustratedly lowering his expectations, eventually settling for Wallshore University, albeit with a sour taste in his mouth. Dorian left his family and hustled off south to the country's coastline, where he came to meet the first person he ever eventually felt any drive to interact with, that being Hale.
