Is she just the waitress, or does she own the oyster shack? Tiluca won't say. Maybe he doesn't even know.

Rina is a pretty small lady with a pretty large presence. She lives by the sea in a run-down old town overtaken by who knows how many different little gangs, and still no one has actually seen her home. No one. We can safely say it is filled with odd things; from teeth and animal bones, venus flytraps, natural stones, various jars of dried plants, and jars of unknown contents. She probably has fur blankets and hanging terrariums with live bird nests in them. Makes wine and alcohol that she gives as gifts every now and then. Collects exotic (infused) honey and fancy flavored jams. Keeps a few gardens of specialty plants. If you get on her bad side, make it up to her with animal teeth/claws, snake rattlers, sea glass, jam, honey, or really just anything small and natural or sweet and edible. Bonus points if when you give her collections of seashells, you make sure to get the same color throughout.

Lives and works in an old harbor town with an abandoned boardwalk theme park. The town is mostly decent but there is clearly an air of ownership in certain areas. During the day you get old fishermen and ladies who sit on the porch sipping spiked tea before noon, sweet smiles and scathing words. At night you see the gang crowd emerge. The theme park is transformed into a black market. Food stalls offer unsettling dishes, the bumper-car park has been converted into fight pits, the hall of mirrors partially broken and deconstructed into a 'red-light district'. There are whispers of an opium den but good luck finding it. Thankfully this is on the other side of the little peninsula of their ocean-side town and doesn't affect the oyster shack too often. It's still safe to surf on Rina's side, but don't question why. best not to know all of the answers when fae are concerned. However, there is a curious air about the Ferris wheel. Don't climb it.

No one knows how long her hair really is. She keeps it either in a messy bun on the crown of her head (oh lord is there so much hair) or in a series of various types of braids pinned to her head with a few shorter (shoulder length) loose pieces in front of her ears. Her hair is a slightly sunbleached natural red-orange with dark roots. Widow's peak of course, because I make all of my characters with hair have one. Wears a different hair ornament almost every day though they're almost always a long-toothed comb or hair sticks to help keep that hair tame. Crystal points, carved animal teeth, feathers, sea glass bouquets- they all somehow look like wands. She has a few favorites that you see again every now and then.

She has dusty blue lavender eyes that glint gold in low lighting. They're almond-shaped and slightly hooded. Medium nose, nothing too fancy going on. Rounded ears that lay fairly flat. She wears many types of earrings, though there is one nestled into the cartilage that never changes. Small and luminescent blue. Lithe athletic build with a naturally long neck and slender face. Wide hips and strong legs. Dark grey skin. Freckles? Are they really there? Miraculously immaculate almond-shaped fingernails painted dark navy blue most of the time but occasionally can be seen dark emerald green, glossy black, or wine-colored. Likes warm dark lipstick and black eyeliner with a faint shimmery stripe of color above her lashes. Sometimes substitutes lipstick out for a tinted lip balm. She smells like sea salt and incense and something a little spiced and sweet. She has a very old scattered scar over her left breast where someone had once tried to cut her heart out. Don't reach for her chest without warning or permission. You will be slapped without any self-restraint.

Near constantly wears a glamour to hide the rest of the scars that cover her body, tries her best to look as unthreatening as possible, and knows that people often underestimate her because of it. Wants to make sure that all of her favorite patrons and friends feel comfortable and safe whenever they're with her, and will often put herself in a dire state to enforce that by protecting them and taking care of them when they most need it.

Goes into a state of Torpor whenever she becomes sick and/or too cold.

Clothes                                

Rina is mostly seen in her waitress uniform. A black skirt affair that seems maybe just a little too short for where she works, or some black shorts of the same caliber, some black strappy sandals, and a long-sleeved button-down with the top buttons undone and sleeves rolled up, or a fitted tank top tucked into her bottoms. Throw in a short red apron tied around her waist and you've basically got her work uniform. She accessorizes with found-item jewelry, often wears necklaces, earrings and anklets mostly. Outside of work though she wears clothes with a little more coverage. A slightly longer pair of shorts, or a flowy skirt, or even some capris are her main choices. Throw in some looser shirts and graphic tees with the collars cut out so it slumps over one shoulder, or on the cold days a hoodie/too-large-parka and some actual tennis shoes. She isn't too picky, really. She even wears a rarely seen high collar, asymmetrical red leather jacket some days. If you see that jacket it likely means she's had, or will have, an important business meeting at the black market.

Really likes loose, flowy clothing with patterns and textures. U-neck shirts, hakama-like pants, sandals, big sleeves. Otherwise likes to be nude whenever she's home either by herself or in the company of like-minded people.

Standard earlobe piercings, and conch on both sides... Maybe a madison piercing at the base of her throat.
