Klaus

Klaus is a Demon Man Digimon and one of the partner Digimon of Simon Jäger. He is a strange-looking and elusive Digimon that is completely shrouded in mystery. Demon Man Digimon have many mysterious qualities, and since Demon- and Undead-species are basically beings from another dimension, their true identities are totally misunderstood. It is unclear why Piedmon appeared and what the purpose of its existence is, and there are currently no means of clarifying these questions.

Klaus dreams of ruling over the Junkyard Zone, turning it into a huge Lost and Found.

Attacks

Trump Sword: Teleports its six daggers, causing them to skewer the opponent in the following instant.
Clown Trick: Does various magical effects including transformations, disguises, or reflecting an opponent's attack back.
Masks Square: Creates a field in which all communications can be read by it and allows it to teleport itself and its attacks anywhere at will.
Ending Snipe: Unleashes electricity from both hands and electrocutes opponents.

Appearance

Piedmon is a humanoid Digimon designed after the Pierrot and other entertainers of the jester archetype, with additional influences from the mythological Paimon. It wears a flamboyant, multi-colored outfit as well as a mask hiding most of its facial features, blue ribbons on its outfit and a ruff around his neck.

Klaus is missing the typical red lipstick his species usually sports and the magical box including the four swords on their backs. He instead uses daggers and playing cards to attack.

Description

The Demon Man type Digimon is a real prankster, annoying even the most patient people but deep down he is very compassionate and caring. Klaus always had a deep-seated love for humans, their world, technology, and the wondrous phenomenon of Digimon evolving due to their bond with them

Ever since he found some relics from the time when their worlds were still connected he dreamed of having a human partner himself and waited in an old tollbooth which was carried over to his home. He spent his time building his own Digi-vice with parts that ended up on the junkyard he lives at, play protecting an old beat-up doll, pretending it to be his human partner.

He has a bad tendency to tell terrible jokes and pull pranks on others regardless of the situation.

He likes to flirt and is pretty open about his attractions.

Simon Jäger

Klaus adored Simon since he found him in his home and swore to protect him no matter what.
They easily sway each other into telling jokes or pranking people and share a very similar mindset.

Mari

Despite the quarrels, they have Klaus really loves 'his little sister' and likes to spend time with her. First, he feared his time with Simon would decrease when the back then lonely Woodmon decided to travel with them and tried to get rid of her by insults and other mean ways but realized that she was just as lonely and bullied as he was before he had met his human partner and accepted her into the group.
He calls her Princess based on that she is exactly that to him, a bit spoiled, a bit bratty but also regal, strong and beautiful, like a fairytale princess should be to him.

Reno

When they weren't able to rescue Reno without hurting him he volunteered to lead the attack, calling it 'payback' for Pinky.

Pinky

First, just a stray wanderer who happened to stumble over Simon's group by accident. He was amazed by the bond of humans and Digimon and took a liking to the little troupe, especially Klaus. He took the opportunity and traveled for some time with them to escape his duties and loneliness and started to develop feelings for Klaus who was a Vamdemon back then. Klaus stole his huge golden ring which his species usually wears wrapped around their left hand, he never claimed it back. Klaus seems to return his feelings.
He took it rather collected when Pinky was accidentally killed by Reno, knowing that Digimon don't really die and was extremely amused when he found out that BlackTailmon is one of his prior forms, not expecting something so cute and tiny. He is the only one who knows how Pinky looks underneath his mask/helmet.

Trivia

He gives nicknames to everyone he likes.
The only one in the group who is currently able to pull off Burst Evolution.
He wears the golden Ring of Pinky no matter which stage he is in.
Has a crush on Simon.
