Dekel Levian (レヴィアン・デケル Reviyan Dekeru ), also known as the Bewitching Hero: Oberon (妖艶ヒーロー：オベロン), is a Pro Hero working in Japan.

Appearance

Dekel is a tall, lanky yet muscular man with dark purple hair, with an undercut, that fades to magenta at the roots. He has purple eyes and tan skin. He has a defined jaw and has a pair of purple-ish pink butterfly-shaped wings on his back. He sports a dash of glitter on them everytime he does hero work.

His hero costume consists of a Quirk-adept body-suit that is sleevless with a deep v-neck, has a built in leaf-shaped thin skirt around the hips, and cuts off just above his ankles. It is primarily green that gives off a purple-pink sheen when in motion. He also wears dark brown sole-less shoes. For gear, he adorns a small leather belt-bag around his waist, several gold rings on his fingers, gold bracelets and arm cuffs, and an earpiece with green fairy wings attached. His winter costume is essentially the same, but with long sleeves and knee-high boots.

Personality

Dekel is a very social guy that loves to flirt and help others in need. He is always up to meeting new people and making new friends, especially those who interest him. He is a big show-off and can come off as egotistical, but is truly a kind-hearted and devoted man who respects others and their boundaries. He likes to keep people happy and carefree, and hates throwing others under the bus unless necessary to protect somebody close to him. He prioritizes his tasks incredibly well and nearly has a plan for everything - he hates stepping out of his comfort zone. He's fairly vulnerable to criticism, as he puts himself on a high pedestal constantly, and can lash out to protect his pride.

Dekel's prioritizes his hero status above anything else in order to be the perfect role model for his younger brother. While apprehensive about heroes at first, he quickly dove into the hype and grew to adopt the personality of popular heroes - he embodies this "hero-essence" on a daily basis. He naturally wants to help people, so having the hero status is just an upgrade for him to help more people in a flashy way.

Quirk and Abilities

Overall Abilities: Dekel is able to incapacitate opponents with quick movements and suprise attacks that revolve around his Quirk: Fairy. His combat style correlates to his ability to shrink down to "fairy" size and maximize his agility, speed, and stealth. He relies on hit-and-run tactics, using his small stature to confuse and outmaneuver opponents. He is skilled in acrobatics and aerial combat, delivering precise strikes while taking advantage of his reduced size. When not using his Quirk, he converges the attention on him to exploit weak points. He is the master of annoying others, and is able to rile up enemies to ensure victory over their mistakes. His nimbleness helps as well, using acrobatic moves to dodge and feign attacks, despite his height.

Societal Intellect: Dekel is well known for having a plan set before attempting any task whether it be big or small. He is well versed in sociology, allowing him reign over mitigations and settling petty disputes. While not completely versed in combative techniques, he can determine how to get under opponents' skin with selective wording. If he can't fight them, he can talk them down.

Seduction: Dekel is a prominent user of the seducitve arts, using his looks to influence and distract others. He does this sparingly, as he learned at a young age how it can push buttons and come off creepy. If he gets a nibble, he goes for it. If he hits a boundary, he backs off.

Quirk

Fairy (妖精 Yōsei): This Quirk gives the user the physiology of a mythological creature known as a fairy. While versatile, the constitution is bound by the user's belief and understanding of a "fairy". For Dekel, the Quirk gives him abilities such as:

• Enhanced agility and speed
• Ability to fly with iridescent wings
• Ability to shrink down to 10 cm (~4 in) tall
• Have a deep understanding of plant life
• Heightened enchantedness (i.e. beauty)
• Fairy dust control which grants a person levitation for a short time span

The history of the Quirk dates back decades ago and directly ties in with the concept of fairy tales and if they are real or not. As generations went on, the "belief" of fairies was passed down through fairy tales - interpretations influenced impressionable children before they fully developed their Quirk. The more they believe in their Quirk and themselves, the more powerful the Quirk is.

While versatile and magical-like, this Quirk has several drawbacks. Pure iron is his greatest enemy, as it will burn his skin if touched. His wings are also fragile and can tear or break easily - they can grow back over time but it takes a toll both physically and mentally. Despite his speed and agility in small form, he is not that strong. The fairy dust he controls produces from his wings - if he runs out of dust he loses the ability to fly.

As part of his every-day training, Dekel participates in gymnastics and other agility-based exercises to boost his core strength and nimbleness. He rarely comes across pure iron, but has built up a small tolerance over the years. He wears iron-silver earrings to aid in it.

Super Moves

Sprite Size (妖精 サイズYōsei Saizu) Dekel shrinks down to 7.5 cm (~3 in) tall in a flourish, often in a dramatic pose, unless the situation has to be for stealth.

Pixie Palm (妖精 殴る Yōsei Naguru): In small form, Dekel speeds towards an opponent with a poised fist and instantenously sizes back to normal size, providing increased force behind a powerful slap.

Kibbutz Kick (キブツ キックKibutsu Kikku) Dekel kicks off the slip-on soles from his costume at an enemy to distract them. He often uses this move to distract as he shrinks down to fairy size.

Fairy Flutter (妖精 ひらひらYōsei Hirahira) Dekel flutters his wings in an irregular way to shake some fairy dust off on an opponent, causing them to float for a few seconds and off balance.

Bluetooth Earpiece A stylized and flexible bluetooth earpiece that he wears on his left ear. It is adapted for his ear shape. Its antenna is disguised as fairy wings.

Leather Satchel A small, brown satchel that stores extra fairy dust for future use. It has a gold clasp to keep it closed.

Leather Trapeze Boots A pair of toe-less and heel-less "boots" for easier mobility and to reduce skin burns when in action.
